Instructions
Step 1
Press and dice your tofu, coat in the seasons, cornflour and then oil then bake/air fry until crispy.
Step 2
Fry the minced garlic and chilli flakes until soft and fragrant then add maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce and water then reduce to thicken, add a few tsp corn flour with water if necessary
Step 3
Add the steamed broccoli, roasted cashews in with the tofu then serve on top of the quinoa, garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha.
