Instructions

Step 1
Pour vegetable broth into pot and put to boil
Step 2
Cut cabbage and put in (I did like 1/3 of a cabbage)

Dice half an onion and pour in

Grate carrots and pour in
Step 5
Cube potatoes and pour in
Step 6
Add water to fill line over vegetables
Step 7
Add in seasonings
Step 8
Skin beets and chop in half. Put in soup to simmer for 3 hours
Step 9
Pull beet halves out of soup and let sit for 10 minutes before grating
Step 10
Add sour cream to eat. Enjoy!
