Instructions

Step 1
Add water and milk to saucepan and bring to boil on high heat.
Step 2
Add steel cut oats and salt. Lower to simmer for 15-20 min until most of the liquid has absorbed and steel cut oats are cooked completely. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Once the oats are tender, remove fromaheat. The oats will continue to thicken as they cool.
Step 4
Enjoy with the topping of berries. Add honey and almonds for the extra delicious touch.
