Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine together the tomato paste, oil, soy sauce, as well as cumin, paprika, chili, salt, oregano, garlic powders. Mix.
Step 2
Crumble in tofu and mix.
Step 3
Spread out the tofu on a baking sheet. Bake at 200C/400F for 20mins.
Step 4
Sauté the onion and garlic in some oil. Add in paprika, pineapple juice, soy sauce and lime juice. Let it simmer until the tofu is done.
Step 5
Stir in the baked tofu, cooking for a few mins.
Step 6
Serve on taco shells with salsa and cilantro.
