Tofu Marinade
Sauce

3 clovesgarlic

1onion

2 Tbsptomato paste

1 tspchili paste

1 tspcumin

½ tspcinnamon

125mlorange juice

1 Tbspcocoa powder
Salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Grate tofu into bowl, mix with other marinade ingredients & bake at 175C/350F for 25-30 mins
Step 2
Fry onion & garlic in some oil. Add the other sauce ingredients, stir and let it simmer, then add the tofu.
Step 3
Mix salsa ingredients in a bowl
Step 4
Assemble everything in a wrap.
