Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a baking dish, toss together the tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and basil. Push them to the sides of the dish. Place the goat cheeses in the center.
Step 3
Bake until the cheese has softened, about 30 minutes.
Step 4
While the cheese is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set it aside.
Step 5
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately stir the content together until combined. Stir in the pasta then serve.
