Instructions
Step 1
Sear the chicken in batches in a few tablespoons of oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
Step 2
Transfer to slow cooker and spoon over the Thai green paste and drizzle over the soy sauce.
Step 3
Cook on high heat for 2.5 hours.
Step 4
Stir in peppers, green beans, chilli and coconut milk.
Step 5
Cook for a further 30 mins
Step 6
Serve with rice or noodles
