Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Press SAUTE. Add olive oil and brown chicken.
Step 3
Press CANCEL when finished.
Step 4
Add marinade to pot. Close the lid and press PRESSURE COOK, HIGH, 3 minutes.
Step 5
When finished press CANCEL and release steam. Remove lid and stir.
Step 6
Remove chicken and press SAUTE. Make a cornstarch slurry with liquid. Thicken to desired consistency.
Step 7
Add chicken and parsley to the pot and stir.
