500gboneless chicken thigh
1 Tbspoil
1 tspkasmiri Chilli powder
1 Tbspginger garlic paste
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspmadras powder
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspcumin powder
½ tspsalt
2 Tbsplemon juice
4 Tbspoil
2onions
1 Tbspginger garlic paste
1 tspkashmiri chilli powder
4 tspcoriander powder
1 tsptumeric powder
2 tspfenugreek leaves
3tomatoes
chopped
Spinach
50gyogurt
2 Tbspbutter
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken with ingredients. Marinade for 10 mins
Step 2
Cook onions down in oil then add chicken and GG paste. Fry medium high heat
Step 3
Add spices and a little water to prevent burning
Step 4
Add tomatoes, cover and cook down
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients and cook until oil splits
