Instructions
Step 1
Soak the fish in the milk about twenty minutes. Drain and without drying, dip the fish into the breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Lay in a single layer in a buttered shallow oven-proof dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with the margarine.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for twenty minutes.
