Ingredients

250gpasta
uncooked, such as penne or rigatoni
100gham
diced
1 cupfrozen peas and corn
1 cupfrozen onions
precut
½ cupcream
1 cupcider
1 cupchicken stock
or vegetable
½ tablespoonsolive oil
1 ½ tablespoonshoney
1 ½ teaspoonsdijon mustard
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
0.5green capsicum
bell pepper, diced
100gmushrooms
sliced
1 teaspoondried mixed herbs
or a blend of dried basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, diced ham, frozen peas and corn, precut frozen onions, diced green capsicum, and sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, mix the cream, cider, and stock. Pour the mixture over the pasta mixture in the baking dish. Stir to combine and ensure the pasta is evenly coated. Add a little more cider or stock if needed to ensure the pasta is covered.

Sprinkle the dried mixed herbs over the pasta mixture and stir to distribute.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through and the liquid is absorbed. Stir halfway through baking to ensure even cooking.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
