Instructions

Step 1
Please do not remove a lid while cooking rice. Please do not stir the rice while cooking rice.
Step 2
Rinse the rice, straining it in clean water, change the water a few times.

Pour the water into the cooking pot (and leave it for 30min.)
Step 4
Cook over medium heat until it boils. Then turn down to medium low heat for 5min

Turn down to lowest heat and cook for 7min.
Step 6
d) Try the rice. If the rice is still hard, add a little bit more around the edge of the rice. Cook till its soft.
Step 7
Put the cooked rice in a glass bowl and add some salt and mix with a wooden spoon

Cool down the rice a bit. Put some rice on the nori and then your fillings.
Step 9
Put more rice on the top of the fillings and fold the corners.
Step 10
Cut into half after the nori gets softer. If you eat later, wrap up with cling films
