Step 1
Oven 220C
Step 2
Mix tomatoes, olive oil, cumin, sugar, garlic, thyme, oregano, lemon stripes, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place on baking sheet, snuggly together. 20 min bake + 6-8 min grill to blacken tomatoes.
Step 4
Mix yogurt with lemon zest and salt.
Step 5
Place tomatoes and all juices on the yogurt.
