Instructions
Step 1
Slice the baguette to the required amount
Step 2
Either put the slices under the grill or on a griddle pan and toast one side until golden.
Step 3
Peel the skin off the garlic and rub the clove into and over the bread. The toast acts as an abrasive and absorbs the garlic
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of Parsley and serve
