Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400

Step 2
Mix chili and garlic powder, black pepper to a mix in a shaker



Step 3
Mix all ingredients (but tomato sauce and Parmesan) in a bowl (6 shakes of powder mix and 6 shakes of salt) and mix with hands like meatballs (use more water if gets dry)










Step 4

When mixture is ready, make into balls then press onto baking sheet


Step 5

Put into oven for 30 minutes

Step 6

When done cooking, lather each with tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan


Step 7

Put back in oven for 20 minutes, serve
