Low Carb Protein Brownies

Ripe avocados and cottage cheese give these brownies a smooth and creamy consistency. 1 egg, natural maple syrup for sweetness and organic cocoa powder-that’s it! For a small cheat top with semi sweet chocolate chips before baking-but delicious even without them!

Instructions
Step 1
Blend Avocado, cottage cheese, egg and maple syrup until smooth (food processor or blender). Mix in cocoa powder. Pour into mini muffin pan or pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Allow time to cool before serving (don’t jostle until fully cool and set). Eat and enjoy! These are delicious even to people that don’t like the flavor of avocados! Yum!
