Rye Crisps - Elder Scrolls
Many Nords make their living as fishermen, exporting their catch to
taverns and large estates all over Skyrim. But fishing is long, hard work,
so they need nourishing foodstuffs that last. These crisps are thin and
flavorful, perfect with a little cream cheese and smoked fish.
Pairs well with: cream cheese, jams

Instructions
Step 1
I. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the water.
Then gradually add in just a little water at a time, until the dough
has a good consistency that isn't sticky or too dry. Turn out the
dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for several minutes,
untilit bounces back when poked. Cover with a towel and set aside
in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes, until roughly doubled
in size.
2. Once the dough has risen, preheat oven to 400°F and set out a flat
baking sheet. Divide the dough into 12 more or less equal balls.
Toss each ball of dough with additional flour and press them into
flat disks on your work surface. Roll each disk out very thin, about
%4 inch thick, flipping and turning occasionally to be sure the
dough doesn't stick to your work surface.
3. Move the rolled-out disks to the baking sheet. Bake 4 at a time for
about 10 minutes, or until the crisps are beginning to brown on the
edges
