Instructions
Step 1
1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F / 200c.
2. Dry the chickpeas as well as you can with a clean kitchen
towel, rubbing off any loose skins as necessary. Combine the
spices in a small bowl. Toss the chickpeas with the olive oil nd
then add the spices and toss again.

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained
(or 112 cups cooked chickpeas)
12 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon chili powder
14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ve teaspoon smoked paprika
pinch ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3. Air-fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times
while they cook.
4. Check the chickpeas to see if they are crispy enough and
if necessary, air-fry for another 5 minutes to crisp them further
Serve warm, or cool to room temperature and store in an airight
container for up to two weeks.
