Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
Step 2
Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl until combined, then knead until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer onto a floured bench and roll out into a large rectangle.
Step 4
Mix the filling to form a paste and spread over the dough. Cut into 2-3cm wide strips and individually roll them up (or roll into one large log then slice using string or a knife).
Step 5
Bake for 18-22 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese icing.
