Instructions

Step 1 Spray 9x13" glass baking dish with cooking spray

Step 2 Mix all topping ingredients except Pecans in a 2 qt saucepan

Step 3 Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. DO NOT BOIL

Step 4 Spread topping in baking dish

Step 5 Sprinkle pecans on topping mixture

Step 6 In a shallow bowl beat Eggs with a fork

Step 7 Add Half and Half, Cinnamon and Vanilla

Step 8 Continue beating until ingredients blended well

Step 9 Dip Bread slices in the egg mixture, allowing Egg mixture to be absorbed

Step 10 Arrange Bread slices over the topping in the dish

Step 11 Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours

Step 12 When ready to prepare, heat oven to 400°F.

Step 14 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and toast is golden brown.

Step 16 Place large heatproof serving platter upside down over baking dish;

Step 18 Remove baking dish, scraping any extra caramel topping onto French toast.
