120g0% Fat Yogurt
Flavour Drops
Vanilla - I got these from
vanilla
MyProtein but you can use
essence
sweetener
lemon juice

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt protein powder, lemon juice and flavour drops to form a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Place this into a bowl and press it down.
Step 3
Melt the blueberries in the microwave until soft and then add the lemon juice. Mix and allow the blueberries to break down. Add this to the top of the oat mixture and spread it out.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and then add in the yogurt and mix. Place this on top of the blueberry layer.
Step 5
Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
