Instructions

Step 1
Boil water in a large pot, cook the noodles untill done (about 10 mins). Strain and return to pot with 2 tbsp of the butter. Coat the noodles with butter and set aside. (You can also prepare the noodles at the same time as the beef sauce)

Step 2
Cut the steak strips into small pieces, and fry over medium heat with 1 tbsp of the butter, and the chopped garlic. Season to your liking with the seasonings.

Once the steak is browned, add the mushrooms, cream of mushroom, water, and seasoning packet. Stir on low untill it's all incorporated. Cube the cream cheese and add it in untill melted

Turn the heat off and stir in the sour cream. Plate it up and enjoy
