Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice noodles according to directions. Rinse in cold water. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat wok over medium high heat. Add sesame oil. Wait for oil to heat.
Step 3
Sauté beef in oil in wok. Stir until cooked through. Remove beef from wok. Leave heat on.
Step 4
Add more sesame oil to wok. Once heated, add cabbage, onion, and frozen vegetables. Toss several times. Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring/tossing until all veggies are sautéed.
Step 5
Add beef back on top of veggies. Add (cooled and drained) noodles on top of beef. Add entire 11-12 oz bottle of stir fry sauce, drizzling across the noodles. Toss entire wok mixture to incorporate sauce.
Step 6
Once the sauce is entirely incorporated, toss the mixture several times, allowing the noodles to heat and the mix to get happy.
Step 7
In the meantime, whisk eggs and cook in a separate skillet over medium heat in a small amount of sesame oil. Cook and chop until eggs are medium-firm.
Step 8
Add eggs to the wok mixture at the end. Give a final toss.
Step 9
Serve in bowls. Top with desired toppings: soy sauce, green onions, crushed peanuts, honey garlic ginger sauce, and/or other sauces.
