Instructions
Step 1
Combine vinegar, molasses, sesame oil, honey, black pepper and sriracha. Pour over the ahi tuna and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Step 2
When ready to cook, heat olive oil in a non-stick saute' pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Coat the marinated tuna in sesame seeds. Place in hot pan, and cook for about 30 seconds on every side. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Serve the tuna over the cauliflower rice, and top with green onions
