Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch baking pan.

2. In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, eggs, coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

3. If using, stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
