Ingredients

½ cupranch salad dressing
½ cuponion
finely chopped
¼ cupcanned jalapeno peppers
diced
8bacon strips
cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoonranch dressing mix
1 x 2 ouncessliced black olives
can, drained
¼ cupjalapeno peppers
diced
8low carb veggie tortillas
10 inches, room temperature
8 slicesdeli ham
thin
8 slicesdeli turkey
thin
8 slicesdeli roast beef
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, ranch dressing and salad dressing mix until well blended. In another bowl, combine the bacon, onion, olives, and jalapenos.
Step 2
Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas; layer with ham, turkey and roast beef. Sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheddar cheese; roll up.
