Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Step 3
Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and garlic, and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Step 5
Return tofu to the skillet and add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, tossing until everything is well coated.
Step 6
Serve hot over cooked quinoa.
