Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken into chunks and then fry it on a pan with fry lite and seasoning of choice (I used piri-piri)
Step 2
While this is cooking, chop your vegetables into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 sec and then add the chicken, veg of choice, and salsa.
