Preheat oven to 170°C

2. Cream together peanut butter, egg, honey, maple syrup and salt. Stir in granola.

3. Spoon onto a parchment lined 10x10cm glass tray.

4. Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Do not over cook as they will harden as they cool. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Cool 20 minutes on baking sheet and then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Cut into 9 pieces (3rds)
