Instructions
Step 1
mix all ingredients together and whisk
Step 2
oil a pan and take one small label of mixture and fry a thin omelette until it is almost cooked but still a bit wet
Step 3
roll up the omelette from one edge of the pan to the other
Step 4
add more oil and add another thin layer, cook and roll up again
Step 5
repeat until all the egg has been cooked and you have a layered cylinder
