Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 350. grease a 13x9 baking dish with oil
Step 2
heat one tablespoon of oil add sausage, onions, mushrooms, garlic
Step 3
add tomatoes, oregano basil red pepper and one teaspoon of salt. remove two cups of sauce and reserve
Step 4
fold in toppings and pasta into sauce
Step 5
for half a pasta mixture into prepared dish sprinkle with one cup of mozzarella top with remaining pasta mixture.pour 2 cups of sauce over
Step 6
cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes remove foil and top with remaining mozzarella and pepperoni. bake until cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes more.
