Instructions
Step 1
Recipe:
Chop one big onion and stirfry it with a little bit of vegetable oil until it's smoother. Cut 4 small zucchinis into round shapes and add them to the onions. Cover and put it on low heat and let them sit there for 15 minutes. Then crush them all until they're like in the picture, add some salt and turn off the heat.
Squeeze one lemon and crush 4 garlic gloves and mix them to make a dip then pour that dip unto the zucchinis and sprinkle some ground mint then mix and cover it up to let them rest for two minutes then they're ready to be eaten with pita bread.
