Instructions
Step 1
Add the Green Beans, Onions and Salt to a pot and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.

In a new pot, bring to a boil the vinegar, sugar, curry powder, mustard powder and tumeric. Boil for 2 minutes.

Step 3
Mix cornflour and water in a cup or measuring jug into a smooth paste. Add to the mix from Step 2. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Finally, combine everything together.

Depending on preference, it can be served cold or hot. Enjoy!
