Mafalda pasta
or fettuccine, gluten free

1 ½ cupcoconut milk

¼ cupchicken stock

¼ cupwhite wine

4 Tbspbutter

5fresh garlic cloves
crushed

2 tspsea salt

2 tspblack pepper

3 TbspBoursin cheese

1 cupshredded mozzarella & provolone cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a Dutch oven or pot to medium high heat. Add sunflower oil, Canadian bacon and broccoli. Sear for one to two minutes. Add garlic, butter, salt, and pepper and sear for another minute, then add chicken stock, coconut milk, and wine. Poor in box of pasta, gently stir. Then begin to add your cheeses. Reduce heat to medium low, stir, and cover for about 7 - 10 minutes. Stir and serve. Drizzle with good olive oil.
