RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 ⁣ ☕️ TIRAMISU BAKED OATS ☕️ ⁣ ⁣ Introducing you to my new favourite breakfast… tiramisu baked oats 🤤 WITH NO BANANAS 😝 ⁣ ⁣ It’s a great recipe to help with meal prep, as your breakfast or snack is sorted for the week ahead. Plus you only need a handful of ingredients and one dish!⁣ ⁣ Enjoy!⁣ ⁣ DB x⁣ ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS ⁣ ⁣ ▪️2 cups oat flour⁣ ▪️1 tsp baking powder ⁣ ▪️1 tbsp cocoa powder, and a little extra for dusting ⁣ ▪️2 tsp coffee granules ⁣ ▪️1 cup milk ⁣ ▪️2 eggs ⁣ ▪️Chocolate chips (optional)⁣ ⁣ Topping ⁣ ⁣ ▪️Yoghurt ⁣ ▪️1 tbsp maple syrup⁣ ⁣ METHOD⁣ ⁣ ▪️Preheat oven to 180c⁣ ▪️In a prepared dish, add all the ingredients (apart from toppings) and mix well. ⁣ ▪️Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⁣ ▪️Mix the yoghurt and maple syrup together. Spoon over cooled baked oats. Dust over some cocoa powder. ⁣ ⁣
