☕️ TIRAMISU BAKED OATS ☕️
Introducing you to my new favourite breakfast… tiramisu baked oats 🤤 WITH NO BANANAS 😝
It’s a great recipe to help with meal prep, as your breakfast or snack is sorted for the week ahead. Plus you only need a handful of ingredients and one dish!

INGREDIENTS
▪️2 cups oat flour
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️1 tbsp cocoa powder, and a little extra for dusting
▪️2 tsp coffee granules
▪️1 cup milk
▪️2 eggs
▪️Chocolate chips (optional)
Topping
▪️Yoghurt
▪️1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
▪️Preheat oven to 180c
▪️In a prepared dish, add all the ingredients (apart from toppings) and mix well.
▪️Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
▪️Mix the yoghurt and maple syrup together. Spoon over cooled baked oats. Dust over some cocoa powder.
