Step 1
Beat eggs and cream. Heat front pan with olive oil. Pour in egg mixture. Lift eggs, then add veggies to cook slightly. When eggs are firm, move veggies onto eggs and sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley and more pepper of desired.
