Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180C. And like a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Mix together all the ingredients until a cohesive dough forms. It may seem dry, but keep mixing.
Step 3
3. Roll the dough into smaller balls. Place them in the baking tray, use your finger to create a little indent in the middle of each cookie.
Step 4
4. Fill each indent with the jam.
Step 5
5. Bake at 180C for 12 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
