Instructions
Step 1
Chop onions and cook in a cup of water until soft.
Step 2
Add cooked onions, a can of tomatoes (drained) and 1 Tbsp of honey to blender and blend up until its a paste.
Step 3
Set blender aside and cut up and cook chicken.
Step 4
Warm coconut milk on stove and add in the seasonings.
Step 5
Mix the onion paste in with milk and heat until warm and bubbly. Then stir into chicken and serve over rice.
