Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken thighs and sear in a hot pan for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Remove the chicken from the pan and add orzo and garlic to the pan. Toast for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add enough chicken stock to the pan to deglaze it.
Step 4
After deglazing, add the rest of carton of chicken stock.
Step 5
Put the chicken and any juices back in the pan. Add in some frozen peas. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
