Grilled Chicken Tikka Skewers
6 steps
Prep:15minCook:20min
This was a fun recipe to try using a new indoor grill I just got. Since I live in an apartment, I always miss out on grilling, but these grilled chicken tikka skewers do not disappoint!
If you are using an indoor grill (mine is Kenyon), it took about 8-10 minutes per side. Outdoor grills just adjust for time based on temp you are cooking at. Always make sure your chicken is at least 165 internal.
This recipe goes great with rice or flatbreads, so definitely feel free to make some sides to go with this!
