Step 1
Prepare the rolls: cut the rolls and toast them in a toaster oven or in a pan over medium high heat with a small amount of butter. Prepare the creamy chicken: in a medium pan over medium heat, warm the chicken in a small amount of butter, once it starts to warm add cream cheese and stir it around until they are fully incorporated. season with garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning, salt and pepper. Give it a final mix and set it aside. Avocado spread: In a small bowl mash your avocado with a fork and add a little salt to taste. For a creamier spread, add a couple tsp of olive oil and mix until smooth. Assembly: Put a generous amount of avocado spread on the top piece of bread and then take a nice scoop of the warmed creamy cheese chicken for the bottom. Enjoy!
