Iโ€™m making it again for lunch today bc I canโ€™t handle watching this and not having it hahaha EASY Noodle broth! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ โœ…2 garlic cloves, crushed โœ…2 tbsp grated ginger โœ…2 spring onion, chopped โœ…1/2 red chilli, sliced thinly โœ…2L salt reduced beef stock โœ…1 tbsp light soy sauce โœ…1 tsp fish sauce โœ…Squeeze of lime juice โœ…125g rice noodles โœ… + veggies you like (I used bokchoy and mushrooms) โœ…Dumplings to your hearts desire Cook garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli in a splash of sesame oil until lightly cooked. Add beef stock, soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Add your veggies in until softened and then add your noodles to cook. Once all cooked, add your cooked dumplings in and top with chilli sauce. Instructions

Step 1
Cook garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli in a splash of sesame oil until lightly cooked.
Step 2
Add beef stock, soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Add your veggies in until softened and then add your noodles to cook.
Step 3
Once all cooked, add your cooked dumplings in and top with chilli sauce.
