MOST REQUESTED 😍 Honestly …. I’m making it again for lunch today bc I can’t handle watching this and not having it hahaha EASY Noodle broth! 😍👇🏼 ✅2 garlic cloves, crushed ✅2 tbsp grated ginger ✅2 spring onion, chopped ✅1/2 red chilli, sliced thinly ✅2L salt reduced beef stock ✅1 tbsp light soy sauce ✅1 tsp fish sauce ✅Squeeze of lime juice ✅125g rice noodles ✅ + veggies you like (I used bokchoy and mushrooms) ✅Dumplings to your hearts desire Cook garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli in a splash of sesame oil until lightly cooked. Add beef stock, soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Add your veggies in until softened and then add your noodles to cook. Once all cooked, add your cooked dumplings in and top with chilli sauce. Instructions

Step 1
Cook garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilli in a splash of sesame oil until lightly cooked.
Step 2
Add beef stock, soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Add your veggies in until softened and then add your noodles to cook.
Step 3
Once all cooked, add your cooked dumplings in and top with chilli sauce.
