Strawberries & Cream Chia Seed Pudding
This recipe is for 3 servings (so totally of 6 tbsp of chia seeds). Add 1/2 cup strawberry mixture to each serving.

2 Tbspchia seeds
per serving

1 tspsweetener
Optional, if desired

Yogurt
I used, coconut yogurt

Strawberry mixture
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a blender, combine milk and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
2. In each container, add 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
Step 3
3. Pour the strawberry mixture over the chia seeds in each container.
Step 4
4. Optionally, add 1 tsp of sweetener to each container, according to preference.
Step 5
5. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Step 6
6. Refrigerate the containers overnight.
Step 7
7.Top with Siggis coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice) and coconut shreds.
