Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine apple (chopped into small pieces), oats, chia seeds, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add almond milk and mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight – or at least 2 hours When you’re ready to eat, simply place oats in a pot on the stove. Stir until warm. Remove from heat and top with your choice of granola, nuts or nibs – and you’re ready to eat! Optional toppings: sliced almonds, cacao nibs, Sakara Superfood Granola. Good summer substitute for the Apple is a peach and pecans
