Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken & coat with paprika, cumin, salt & pepper
Step 2
Add oil & over medium heat, cook chicken till done, set aside
Step 3
Cook the onion & garlic for 2-3 mins, make sure the garlic doesn't burn
Step 4
Add stock & mustard. Stir well then add Orzo
Step 5
Cook, stirring occasionally so that the orzo doesn't stick
Step 6
Once the orzo is cooked, add the spinach or peas, cream, lemon zest, juice & parmesan
Step 7
Finally, add the chicken, stir until everything coooks through
