For the white sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Fry a diced onion in olive oil then add 3 cloves of garlic minced fry another minute add the beef and brown it then add the grated carrots zucchini tomato paste beef broth Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste then simmer for a few minutes

For the spaghetti and sauce
Step 2
Cook spaghetti until al dente in salted boiling water then add butter to a pan melt it and whisk in the flour cooking for a minute then add milk slowly whisking so it’s smooth and add Parmesan garlic salt and pepper to taste . Toss in the spaghetti into the creamy sauce and mix well

Step 3
Add spaghetti to a roasting dish then add a sprinkle of Parmesan followed by the meat sauce and top it with the mozarella and the rest of the Parmesan . Bake at 200 c / 400 f for 15. United or until the cheese has melted
