1 x 3.5 oztin Smoked Salmon

2 Tbsptahini

2 Tbsplemon juice

½ Tbspmaple syrup

½ Tbspolive oil

2cloves garlic

Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl, add tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup and olive oil.
Step 2
Add salmon and crumble the fish into smaller pieces with a fork, mixing it with the dressing.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt and crack black pepper overtop to taste.
Step 4
To assemble the sandwich, cut two slices of bread and spread most of the salmon salad on one slice, leaving a small amount for the other piece. To the opposite slice, add torn pieces of Napa cabbage, chopped scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
