Ingredients

8 ozmultigrain angel hair pasta
uncooked, or spaghetti
4 cupsfresh baby spinach
1 ยฝ cupscherry tomatoes
halved
3 teaspoonsolive oil
1onion
medium, finely chopped
1.5 lbshrimp
fresh peeled, deveined, tail-off, medium
3cloves garlic
finely chopped
ยผ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
ยฝ cupdry white wine
or reduced-sodium chicken broth
ยผ cupreduced-sodium chicken broth
ยผ teaspoonsalt

3 tablespoonsfresh parsley
chopped
2 tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Step 1
In 5-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain; return to saucepan. Stir in spinach, tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of oil. Cover to keep warm.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 1 minute. Add shrimp, garlic and pepper flakes; stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in wine, broth, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until shrimp is pink and firm. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and butter until butter is melted. Add shrimp mixture to pasta and toss to mix.
