Ingredients
6 servings

2 lbsBeef round steak

1 boxOnion soup mix
2 envelopes
2Cream of mushroom soup cans

16 ozSour cream

2 CupsRice
Uncooked
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice round steak or save time by buying steak for fajitas pre cut
Step 2
Empty 2 cans cream of mushroom soup into Dutch oven.
Step 3
Mix in two packets of onion soup mix
Step 4
Stir in thin sliced beef.
Cover
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350

Step 6
Bake covered at 350 for 30minutes.
Remove and stir well.
Continue to bake until meat is cooked through, approx 30more minutes.

Step 7
Cook rice until light and fluffy according to package directions.
Step 8
When meat is cooked through, remove from oven and stir in 16oz sour cream.
Step 9
Serve over rice or egg noodles
Step 10
Salt and pepper to taste
