Instructions
Step 1
saute celery and onion in butter in a dutch oven until vegetables are tender
Step 2
remove from heat. Add rice, walnuts and raisins, stirring well.
Step 3
combine honey, and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Step 4
Drizzle honey mixture over rice. Toss Gently. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish if desired.
